THE CHALLENGE
Axepta needed the bank's website guide to be easier to use, logically structured, and well-organized, with simple language that all users could understand. It had to be intuitive and straightforward, allowing users to easily find the information they were looking for, feature a modern and attractive graphic design to encourage users to read and use it, and provide all the necessary information for effectively navigating the bank's website. The guide also needed to be regularly updated to reflect any changes made to the site, highlight key information, include examples and use cases, and utilize screenshots and images. Additionally, it required an advanced search function.
OUR INTERVENTION
We conducted a thorough analysis to understand the bank's challenges and requirements, allowing us to select the appropriate design style. We created prototypes, selected sketches, and developed the final design.
Subsequent testing and interaction monitoring enabled us to make the necessary adjustments to enhance the user experience for the site's users.
