THE CHALLENGE
Fabbrica di Giuggiole is an all-female project that designs and creates fashion and clothing items. The eCommerce platform needed to focus on maximizing conversions, building customer loyalty, strengthening brand image, and staying competitive in the digital marketplace.
OUR INTERVENTION
We carried out a targeted intervention on the site's performance and graphic layout to bring significant benefits in terms of sales, customer experience, and brand reputation. The eCommerce platform is integrated with inventory management, shipping, and installment payment services. Our team addressed issues related to the outdated layout and complex shopping experience. After identifying the critical points, we deemed it necessary to give the website a modern, aesthetically detailed appearance, improve the shopping experience by making it positive and intuitive, simplify the complex checkout process, and make navigation more user-friendly. We optimized the underlying technology to reduce cart abandonment rates, enhanced the site's structure for better performance, and technically optimized the site to improve search engine ranking. Finally, we equipped the platform with technology capable of immediately responding to future market trends and growing demands.
